Set parallel parameter 2 times the cpu
eg if cpu=2, set parallel=4 for maximum performance

expdp system/pass schemas=scott dumpfile=scott%u.dmp parallel=4

impdp system/pass schemas=scott dumpfile=scott%u.dmp parallel=4
