go to targets
click on hosts
enter the host
click on blackout
select databasename
next check 'immediately & indefinite'
next
finish
you will receive a message like this "Blackout "Blackout_May 23 2011 9:20:15 AM" created successfully.
Click on "End Blackout" if you want to end the blackout.
